I think one of the things most agencies and consultancies don't get in the early days is that your pricing definitely needs to reflect the number of stakeholders a company has. If all decisions need to be made by multiple people in a company, then you need to charge this client more because of the effort required to get a decision on every action. The effort required to get all stakeholders on board for a decision in a one-stakeholder project could be 2-3x in a larger enterprise with 4 to 5 stakeholders. This is why the same project for a small startup would cost 5x more to execute for a large enterprise. This is one of the main reasons large agencies charge much more, and the smaller ones always wonder how they can charge so much for the same work, because it's not the same amount of work.
