Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Makreate, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that operates Best AI CEO. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any applicable provider terms for connected integrations.
Use of the Service
You may use Best AI CEO to manage brands, websites, analytics, ads, social content, office operations, documents, emails, and related business workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and approvals for information and content you submit or publish.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected account permissions. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Integrations and Publishing
When you connect third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, email, or payment providers, you authorize Best AI CEO to act only within the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for complying with each provider policy and for reviewing content before publishing. When you use Best AI CEO features that connect to YouTube, upload videos, delete videos, or retrieve YouTube analytics, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
AI-Generated Outputs
AI-generated recommendations, text, images, strategies, and analyses may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. Best AI CEO does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activities, or to violate platform policies, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.
Subscriptions and Billing
Best AI CEO subscriptions are sold by Makreate, LLC and billed monthly through a Subscription Set. Each Subscription Set can contain multiple active brands, member seats, and independently selected Best AI Credit tiers, as itemized at checkout and in the billing dashboard. Paid upgrades and additions may be prorated immediately; downgrades, member removals, and brand archives normally take effect at the next renewal. Best AI Credits reset each paid billing cycle and do not roll over. You can cancel future renewals from the billing area or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals, while access generally remains available until the end of the paid period unless required otherwise by law. Refunds for partially used periods are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or legal requirements. Taxes may apply based on your billing details and location.
Data and Content
You retain ownership of your business content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and operate the service for you.
Availability and Liability
We aim to provide reliable service, but availability and outputs are provided as-is and may be interrupted or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service.
