If you're a real estate broker in Dubai and you've been added to a group where they tell you they generated X number of leads for a particular real estate project and you can buy 100 leads at 30 or 50 AED each that have been called and confirmed to be interested and qualified, which they will only share with you, then let me save you some time because I already investigated it and it's 99% a scam. FYI, there is no way to sell 50 AED leads for a Dubai project and be profitable. The minimum a lead would cost via ads in Dubai is 50 AED for a very low-priced apartment, and those would still not be qualified. I know because we serve real estate companies in Dubai and successfully run ads for them. I will post more on this soon and explain why I'm sure it's a scam.
