Quick clarification, since I say "myself" a lot: this works for every person, not just "I". It's about reflexive pronouns in general.
So we skip the reflexive pronoun: "She can't concentrate" (not "she can't concentrate herself"), "They relaxed", "He hurried", "We felt great".
And we use it: "She introduced herself", "They blamed themselves", "He hurt himself".
You might hear "relax myself" sometimes, but "I relax" is much more natural.
Of course, you can also say "I remember myself as a kid" or "I can't remember myself being so happy." Here "myself" is the person you're picturing, so it's a different structure. What we skip is "I remember myself" when you just mean "I remember."
Be careful with a few phrases too:
-I'm not feeling myself = I feel off / unwell ๐ท
-I'm going to feel myself = don't say this in polite company ๐คจ
-To feel someone up = to grope someone ๐
