Gmail MCP allows AI tools to help with inbox triage, message summaries, draft replies, follow-ups, and email workflows after the Google account is connected.

What the user should do

• Open the brand workspace.

• Go to **Email → Integrations**.

• Connect Gmail and grant the requested Google permissions.

• Reconnect or restart the AI MCP client so the Gmail tools are visible.

If Google says redirect_uri_mismatch

That error means Google rejected the OAuth request because the callback URL in the request is not allowed in the Google Cloud OAuth client. The fix is on the app configuration side: add the exact production callback URL used by Best AI CEO to the OAuth client redirect URI allowlist, then retry the connection.

Safety note

AI-generated email replies should remain drafts until the user confirms sending. Keep send, archive, delete, and label actions behind explicit confirmation.
